Risa Ellison

Risa enjoys getting to know the community, talking with new residents, and helping out as much as she can in her ambassador role. She’s the middle child of three girls, and Des Plaines, Illinois is her official hometown. Risa has several lovable pets in her family, including six dogs, three cats, a lizard, and a turtle.
In addition to serving her community, Risa loves playing music and has been on her high school’s marching band drumline since freshman year. A love of painting, drawing, crocheting (and the movie “Alice in Wonderland”) is also in the mix.
Damien Segundo

Damien grew up in Avondale, Arizona, so he knows the area well. As an ambassador, he helps keep the neighborhood amenities running smoothly and looking sharp, from the pool deck to the nearby park. Damien’s family includes his mom, his three brothers, and their pit bull, Fonzie.
He’s a big fan of fishing, camping, and cruising on his bike. In fact, one of his favorite childhood memories was a fishing trip to the Gila River where he made his first catch. When it comes to movies and music, Damien’s favorites are “Die for You” by The Weeknd and Disney’s “Ratatouille.”
Mya Aska

Mya is the newest ambassador on the Alamar team. She enjoys being part of a team so dedicated to making Alamar a fun and welcoming place where families can live. Mya’s favorite people are her family, and she lives with her mom, dad, two younger siblings, and her pet cat.
She’s a rock star on the electric guitar, having played for more than 4 years. She has plenty of favorite songs and the tune she can’t stop singing is “#icanteven” by The Neighborhood. When she’s not practicing on the guitar, you can find her writing songs and reading. Her favorite movie is “Girl, interrupted.” She has a lofty goal this year of buying her own car and starting college.
Christopher Williams

Over the past year, Christopher has enjoyed working during community events and interacting with residents. He has a full house with four brothers, four dogs, a bearded dragon, and a tortoise. While Christopher now keeps Hay Moon Pool in top form, he fondly remembers his time at the pool as a child and first learning how to swim.
He’s into theater and loves performing on stage, his favorite song is “When I was Your Man” by Bruno Mars, and his top movie pick is Disney’s “Cars.” Plus, he, too, is working toward purchasing a car this year.
Ethan Williams

Ethan’s been on board as an ambassador for one year, making sure all residents are enjoying their time at Hay Moon Pool and keeping the amenity sparkling clean. He has four brothers, four dogs, and two reptiles (phew!), and when he’s not helping residents, you’ll find him cruising on his skateboard and listening to his favorite tunes.
Have you seen the movie “The Perks of Being a Wildflower?” It’s one of Ethan’s favorite flicks. Ethan’s loving his time as an Alamar ambassador while also looking forward to attending college in the future.
