Alamar Leadership

Get inspired to actively contribute to creating a welcoming and connected community with purpose. Alamar Leadership is a meaningful way to get to know neighbors and build friendships. And finally, it’s a great way to learn more about your own values as a person and leader.

What is Alamar Leadership?

The goal of Alamar Leadership is to deliver an enriching experience for residents to engage with one another and their community. The program establishes a strong foundation for resident leadership, now and into the future.

What will the program look like?

Our first cohort will consist of individuals chosen by the Alamar Community Life team for their dedication and interest in serving as a community representative.

Accepted applicants will attend monthly meetings where we’ll explore our values and how they play a role in the Alamar vision. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the Alamar vision and community plan and explore current issues that impact Alamar and the West Valley.

The next class kicks off in February 2026.
