We’re excited to introduce two new and dedicated members to our Alamar Community Life team — laying the foundation for a thriving and connected neighborhood. Navy and BJ not only enhance day-to-day experiences but also help build the long-term framework for a sustainable legacy community.
Together, they bring energy, vision, and a shared commitment to enriching resident life through engagement, well-maintained shared spaces, and a deep-rooted sense of community pride. Their presence reflects a shared commitment to cultivating a vibrant, welcoming, and well-connected community.
Navy Aska
As a community engagement and communications manager, Navy oversees community events, resident clubs, seasonal programs, and engagement activities that brings neighbors together. She also manages our Alamar website, sends out Alamar News eblasts, curates blog content, and fosters partnerships with local organizations to enrich community life.
“I’m passionate about creating spaces in places where people can genuinely connect and build lasting relationships. My mission is to unite residents through engaging events and meaningful opportunities by partnering with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders. Through creativity and collaboration, I aim to spark connection and strengthen our community.”
BJ Newberg
BJ, community assets manager, ensures Alamar’s shared spaces — from landscaping to pools and parks — are beautifully maintained and functioning at their best. He works behind the scenes monitoring our common areas and coordinating with vendors to support the upkeep of everything that helps make our neighborhood feel like home.
“I am a highly motivated individual who strongly focuses on creating safe, beautiful environments for people to live in. I take great pride in contributing to developing communities where individuals come together and thrive. Hearing that people enjoy the spaces that I care for motivates me to maintain those high standards every day.”
If you see Navy and BJ out and about in Alamar — whether it’s facilitating events, conducting walkthroughs at neighborhood parks, or simply connecting with residents — be sure to say hello.
