My name is Shay Thomas, and I am the new Director of Community Life for Alamar. I’m excited to be a part of this vibrant community and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Over the last seven years, I have had the pleasure of managing associations and partnering with developers to cultivate large-scale communities throughout the valley. Building authentic relationships through collaboration and bringing communities together has been the cornerstone of my career.
I have lived in Arizona, specifically in the West Valley, for many years and have raised my three beautiful children in this amazing area. It has been wonderful to see the expansion over the years and I look forward to creating an atmosphere within Alamar that not only thrives but that is known as the best place to live within the City of Avondale.
I’m eager to connect with the community, listen, and build partnerships that will benefit all the residents within Alamar.
