Swimming safety at Hay Moon Pool

Heading over to Hay Moon Pool? Keep the amenity rules in mind before heading over and during your visit. Need access to the facility? Complete the resident amenity access form.

Bring these:

Brivo Pass

Bring the phone you registered for the Brivo Pass with you to the pool. The app provides residents access to the facilities.

Appropriate attire

No street clothes in the pool and swimwear must be appropriate for a family setting. Bring shirts, bottoms and shoes for outside of the pool area.

Hair ties

Long hair tangles easier and can cause hairballs in the filter. Unlike cats, the filters can’t cough them back up. Consider tying up hair longer than chin length while in the pool area.

Nonslip shoes

Many surfaces around the pool and outside of it get slippery when wet.

Flotation device

Only Coast Guard approved (Types I, II, III) are allowed in the pool. No arm-only floaties allowed.

Good attitude

Shouting and abusive behavior is not allowed at Hay Moon Pool. Only fun, positive vibes allowed.

Kids rules:

  • Diapers — Keep the code browns out of the pool. Children under 3 or not yet potty trained must wear a swim diaper and tight-fitting rubber pants.
  • Potty breaks — Take regular breaks to prevent accidents that may temporarily shut down the pool.
  • Age limits — Children under 15 must be accompanied by someone 19 years of age or older at all times. No drop and go’s.

Pool hours

Hay Moon Pool is open Sunday through Thursday from 6 a.m until 9 p.m. Plus, Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.
