Meet Marlo Enrico

Crafting connections in Alamar

We’re thrilled to welcome Marlo Enrico as the new community engagement and communications manager for Alamar. With a dynamic background in marketing and events spanning over six years, Marlo brings a wealth of experience to her role.

As the engagement and communications manager, Marlo will spearhead event planning, foster relationships with local businesses and community leaders in Avondale, and ensure residents stay informed through weekly eblasts. As the go-to resource for questions about the happenings in Alamar, Marlo is dedicated to creating a vibrant and engaged community.

Originally hailing from the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Marlo comes from a large family and is the oldest of five children. Her fiancé of 10 years, Tyler, is a journeyman pipefitter for the local 469 Union. Together, they’ve built a family with their daughter Rosalyn and two adopted cats, Malibu and Kahlúa.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Marlo is deeply connected to music, having attended concerts by the Backstreet Boys, Third Eye Blind, The Killers, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The 1975 just to name a few. She and Tyler bond over playing pool and indulge in their lifelong love for gaming, battling it out on Mortal Kombat or Mario Kart once their little one is asleep.

Her favorite song for this year is “Meet Me in the Woods” by Lord Huron. The song resonates the themes of self-discovery and transformation, reflecting Marlo’s appreciation for meaningful narratives. In the realm of cinema, “Don’t Worry Darling” stands out as one film that makes a significant impact on her. It explores the importance of sharing honest values in a marriage, emphasizing the need for authenticity and understanding.

Reflecting on her favorite childhood memory, Marlo recalls the joy of holiday traditions with her family. From themed games to a Christmas talent show on Christmas Eve, these traditions created lasting memories that shaped her love for community and connection.

As Marlo embarks on the new chapter in Alamar, her goal for the upcoming year is simple — peace, good health, and the creation of cherished memories with her family. Marlo is not just here to manage events; she’s here to curate an environment where Alamar residents take pride in their community lifestyle, building relationships and memories that last a lifetime.

If you haven’t met Marlo yet, we hope you get a chance to get to know her in person, or you can drop her a line any time at menrico@coherelife.com.
