Alamar spreads the holiday cheer
The Alamar community brought the Christmas magic to this year’s Holiday Celebration. More than 150 residents participated in enjoying many holiday traditions with their neighbors.
Tis' the season for giving
The Real Homemakers of Alamar represented the true meaning of the holiday season by encouraging residents to donate to their toy drive. There’s nothing more magical than a kid waking up on Christmas day and opening that special gift that was on their Santa list.
Toy drives ensure that more children can wake up on Christmas morning to the gifts they desire most. They extend their gratitude to all who contributed.

Pictures with santa
Our Holiday Celebration gave families an opportunity to get free photos with Santa.
Cookie decorating
It’s not just Santa who loves sweet treats during the holidays. Alamar kids decorated sugar cookies with creative holiday designs.
Making s'mores
Mastering the art of roasting marshmallows to perfection requires time and patience. Parents joined their children by the fire pit, guiding them in creating delicious s’mores.
Letters to Santa
In a beloved Christmas tradition, children worked with their parents to write letters to Santa, expressing their top holiday wishes.
The Holiday Celebration helped show how special this time of year can be when you can celebrate with a community of people.

Opportunities for improvement
Even the most joyous holiday celebrations have room for improvement. Your voices were heard and these were some suggestions we received to help make this event better.
- Have a balance of sweet and salty snack options.
- Add an additional snow machine to cover a larger area.
